His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kiev and All Ukraine congratulated His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia on his 74th birthday. This is reported by Patriarchia.ru.

Embodying, according to the consent of your heart, His Divine Providence, you have embarked on the path of serving God, and now, flaming on the candlestick of the First Hierarchical throne, you dispel with the words of the Gospel instructions the darkness of ignorance and unbelief around, awakening the sleeping souls of people and revealing to them the light of Christ, which enlightens everyone», – noted in the congratulatory address the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

His Holiness Patriarch Kirill celebrated his 74th birthday on November 20, 2020. In the morning in the church of the holy blessed prince Aleksandr Nevsky in the skete of the same name near Peredelkino, he celebrated the Divine Liturgy.

During the divine service, His Holiness Vladyka offered up fervent prayers for the newly reposed His Holiness Patriarch Irinej of Serbia and Metropolitan Theophanes of Kazan and Tatarstan.
